Relay ReUp Terms and Conditions

In order to be eligible for the Re-Up program, a customer must purchase a Relay device (RelayX or RelayM) from the effective date of the Re-Up program (which is May 1, 2025) and purchase a qualifying Relay subscription service plan valued at twenty (20) dollars per month or greater for three (3) consecutive years. After the end of that three (3) year subscription period, if the Customer wishes to purchase new Relay devices and the Customer agrees to another three (3) year qualifying subscription plan, upon return of the original device to Relay, the Customer will receive a credit off any new device purchase equivalent to the cost the Relay Customer paid for its Relay devices three (3) years earlier. Only one previous device credit can be applied to one new device. Multiple previous device credits cannot be combined and applied to one new device. In no event will the credit exceed the cost of the new Relay device(s). This is a limited time offer and terms subject to change.
