Combat Turnover and Eliminate Language Barriers with TeamTranslate™

Machine downtime, high employee turnover, and safety risks as a result of language gaps can cost industrial facilities over $500k annually. Boost production and empower your employees with TeamTranslate

Language gaps are costing you

Missed instructions. Slower workflows. Bottlenecks between teams. It all adds up – often in ways that go unnoticed until it hits your bottom line.

TeamTranslate™ Enables Your Team to Run as One

A woman uses a Relay device to ask, “Status of the delivery?” inside a food manufacturing facility.

Step 1.
Team members simply speak in their native language.

Step 2.
Each team member hears the message in their own language, instantly, on any Relay device, in the app, or on the dashboard.

A delivery driver responds via Relay, saying “Llego en 10 minutos” from inside a truck cab.

Step 3.
Replies are translated and returned back to you in your native language.

How much does it cost?

Translate is automatically included on all Relay plans.

Who is Translate for?

Translate is ideal for smaller teams requiring face-to-face, on-device translation between English and another language.

Frequently asked questions

How is Relay different from traditional two-way radios in food manufacturing facilities?

Traditional two-way radios often fail in food processing plants due to signal interference from stainless steel equipment, thick freezer walls, and wet environments. Unlike radios that rely on outdated RF technology and require costly repeaters to cover dead zones, Relay uses both Wi-Fi and nationwide cellular networks to ensure consistent coverage across your entire facility—from the production floor to the loading docks and cold storage. That means fewer dropped messages, no expensive infrastructure, and a safer, better-connected workforce. Our dual Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity also means your teams can stay in touch seamlessly whether they’re across the plant or across the country—without switching channels or worrying about infrastructure.
